Skunked

Well, I made a series of bad decisions attributable to my enthusiasm for the sport of windsurfing. I rigged a 7.1 meter sail and went into the Ocean yesterday. I should have stuck to my guns and driven north to Clam Beach, but I thought I might have some light wind when the shore break was non existent. I had the car packed and ready to go, but after looking off the balcony, I decided to rig on the grass in the back yard of the Gables. The result was a frustrating session without enough wind to mount the board. A few powerful gusts came though with the front, but nothing permitted sustainable riding. I'm sore this morning and should be grateful for the exercise. Included is another view of the nearby reef.
